For many years, Asador la Chumbera has been a gastronomic reference point in an unparalleled natural setting. Our passion for charcoal-grilled cuisine and local produce has made us an essential destination for lovers of good food.
In 2025, we began a new phase, keeping our essence intact, under the guidance of Chef Sylvain, but with a new setting: we moved to the Agua Amarga beachfront. A privileged setting where we continue to offer the same quality and tradition that characterises us, now with the sea breeze as our ally.

At “Asasor la Chumbera” we are experts in grilled meats. In all our creations we use local products, local fish or vegetables from our land. In addition, our homemade desserts and the excellent selection of wines from our Chef will complete the experience of our guests.
